Lower Chehalis talades av grupper som Humptulips på Grays Harbor norra strand och Humptuklis, Hoquiam och Wishkah-floderna. Wynooochee vid Wynoochefloden, Chehalis proper på sydsidan av Grays Harbor, med huvudbyn vid Westport, vidare vid Chehalis river kanske så långt upp som till Cloquallam creek, samt Shoalwater Bay folket vid norra änden av Willapa Bay och nedre Willapa River.
